Just repeat over and over, I DON'T DO THIS ANYMORE. You can keep your quit only by NEVER TAKING ANOTHER PUFF. The cravings go away in time believe me. I smoked for 40 years and never thought I could go this far and believe me I tried many times. This cold turkey quit is the only way to go and I'm loving my new smokefree life.
