I'm early in my quit too and I know what you mean. Those triggers catch you any time...happy triggers sad triggers etc. I was just beating myself up today about eating when the triggers strike..lately I brush my teeth when the urge hits. Dentist should live that one!!!! Take care and take it an hour at a time if necessary. One thing you will get are a ton of posts supporting your efforts..I know reading my thread over and over again keeps me motivated.
