Hi cacles and welcome to Freedom!
just wanted you to know I moved your post from the new thread you started over here so we can keep track of you more easily. Because we have so many members posting and so many new members to boot, this week....it is easier for us if you stick to the same thread for about 20 or 30 posts unless, of course, you want to change the subject entirely or are having a problem....then by all means, start a new thread. Also keeps from shoving the bottom posts to the next page as fast.
Anyway....just wrote you a whole long post and went to send it and boom....aol tossed me out.
To make a long story short...hang in there sweetheart cause with each passing day, you will become stronger and stronger as you meet, greet and defeat all those triggers. You will learn that you can do anything without a cigarette that you used to do with one before...and lots of those things you will do so much better. You will also feel so much better about yourself to. You will look better, smell better and you will start to glow. keep on keeping on, just one small step at a time and before you know it, you will be running and having a great time.
looking forward to sharing your journey with you and wishing you the very best along the way.
Linda
