imageto you Diana and I hope that you are feeling lots better by the time you get this. Sounds to me like you have a bit of the "tummy" flu. Just make sure that you drink lots and lots of fluids because the last thing that you want happening is becoming dehydrated.
I think that your feeling "rotten" is triggering a few more intense craves, but know this..it will all pass. Don't even think of smoking because then you will feel even worse.....much worse if you smoke.
Get a good night's rest, and again, lots of fluids or clear foods such as soup or jello and you should be feeling lots better in no time. If your symptoms persist longer than a couple days and/or you start running a fever, you do need to see your doctor.

ps....just thought of this...If you are chewing sugarless gum for your quit, or sucking on sugarless candy....this can also be the cause of your digestive problems. that sorbitol in these products can cause havoc with tummys.
