Zarefah

Couldn't help but see me in your post. I had about 4 months a while back and smoked. Joel and my friends here really came to my rescue. I'm smoke free today.

I concur with not beating yourself up Z. The "I'm gonna whip myself till I'm happy" think is a real non sequitur and Middle Ages flagellation. Yet, serious examination of the triggers that lead to the first puff, recognition of how I let the junkie set me up, and unquestioned re-commitment were pivotal for me and brought up lots of emotion. Fight the good fight my friend your life is not a rehearsal. We are all here for "you"... We hang together or hang a lone...yea?

I have not had a killerette for, Two weeks, two days, 20 hours, 41 minutes and 39 seconds. I have been saved from 505 cigarette's I would have otherwise smoked, putting $100.92 in my pocket and not RJR's. Plus, I will now last: 1 day, 18 hours, 5 minutes longer than I would have ! before all the nico-daemon madness.
