Your concerns, Rena, are legitimate! Moving from country to country image would be frightening to most of us. The prospect of leaving the known for the unknown can be extremely stressful. That being said, putting nicotine back into your blood will not land you a new job, get your papers through any quicker or keep you on the cutting edge of technology. Nicotine is powerless to accomplish any of those tasks.
As for stress, your situation would probably generate stress for every Never-Smoker in the entire world. How would they solve it? How would they make it go away? Nicotine dependence creates an endless cycle of stress in just keeping your body's blood nicotine level high enough so that the added anxiety (and stress) of early withdrawal doesn't occur. Why would you want to add addiction stresses to the normal to the normal stresses that life throws at all of us? You can do this! Breathe real deep into the bottom of each lung and exhale slowly. It will sooth you far better than nicotine, we promise! Breathe deep, hug hard, live long, YQB Zep : )
