There is, unfortunately, no easy way to break an addiction. The good news, however, is that you have chosen the best method to maintain a long-term quit. I don't know about the emergency help section, but I always found that it helped to go and read in the library whenever I was having a tough time. It also helps to go back in the message board to earlier posts and track the progress of people who are now green and bronze.
While what you are going through seems very individual, we all know the anxiety, anger, frustration, and HELL that you are going through, but it does eventually lead to glory.
Another thing to try is visiting The Wall of Remembrance in the Cancer Society website, and read some of those posts - it has helped me reinforce my quit more than once. At the very least, the time you spend reading helps you through the crave and takes your mind off smoking for a while.
Hang in there - if we can do this, then you can too! Post often, you will find the support you need in this place. Remember that you are doing the hardest thing you may ever do in your life, and it is also the best thing you may ever do for yourself.
