I can relate to your fifth day. Even though you are having a tough time today that doesn't mean it will all be like that.
The first week can be pretty rough. It would help you down the road if you will keep a journal of your thoughts and feelings during your quit. Later on when you have a crave you might think it is bad but if you compare it to this week you can tell the difference.
Keeping your list of reasons for quitting is a big help. I kept mine beside the computer for months. It had gotten pushed back with some other info and I reread it again this week. It does help us keep our perspective when things aren't as good as we would hope.
Spending lots of time here at Freedom reading is a big help. Please try to read all of Joel and Zep's articles each day.
If you need extra motivation, WhyQuit.com is the best I have seen. It makes us so aware what could happen if we ever took another puff.
This quitting is so worthwhile.
You are through the worst part now so please hang on for the good times that are coming.
