Hi Scott......don't know where you are or what you're doing, but just know, IT WILL GET BETTER! Just a reminder....you are so very, very close to the period in a quit where you will go for large periods during the day when you will not even think about a cigarette....
You sound like you are facing a new situation that you have not faced as an ex smoker......meet, greet and defeat it...mmmm, nice ring to it....lol but so true. (no patent, Marty....free to anyone....lol).
I am very lucky, Scott. I am married to someone who believes that all situations in life are a lot easier to handle if you have a sense of humor....and it is so true although at times he gets carried away. My way to handle a problem is to stop and think it out. I know that there is always an answer or solution that will make it better. Many times that problem becomes a valuable learning tool for the future.
My other tool for coping is to smile, smile, smile....it costs nothing and when given to others makes them feel good.....and when they smile back at you.....then you too will feel better.
Enjoy your day, Scott, and know that your freedom can almost be touched....you are almost there.
yqs.....Linda
