Really read that article. One is a lie. You can have one only if you are willing to take them ALL back.
one = All because we have learned and admitted we are not able to control our consumption. Once nicotine is back in our brain the whole thing fires up FullForce!
Here are a couple of things that may help you work through these toughts of one. But I'll ask you this - do you REALLY BELIEVE there is any kind of answer for you in those paper tubes of tobacco that you ignite adn sucke the toxic smoke into your lungs? If you like to suck smoke into your lungs why don't we all do it with other substances? Because we are Nicotine Addicts. That's why one is not an option unless we are willing to smoke them all. There are always two choices, but in the long run it is the one where we say - nah, I don't smoke any more - that allows us tolive in control of our lives.
No nicotine needed. Only for the rest of today.
