Hi Tex06 and welcome to Freedom...Also, congratulations on your 20 days without nicotineimage. You are doing it one day at a time, by never taking another puff (NTAP). I'm attaching a few links that may help with your situation with the craves...we've all been there and we each handle them in various ways. Sometimes I just yelled "CHANGE OF SUBJECT", sometimes I would look at the clock and actually time them...they only last 2-3 minutes and then poof!! And sometimes I'd just let the darn thing wash over me and see what happened...guess what...nothing happened. So check out the links as they are very informative. Also know that this is just a temporary thing you are going through and it will get so much easier if you NTAP, one moment, one hour, one day at a time. Soon you'll be turning green so make sure you celebrate your success. Continue to read all you can here for an educated quit is a lasting quit...see you at Green!!
