Hi Bob and good for you to have the presence of mind to reach out for an assist. A couple of things.
Craves won't hurt you - returning to regular use of tobacco cigarettes will.
Just because you are an addict does not mean you have to be an addict.
There are no answers for your problems or stresses in those white paper tubes of dried plant matter. There are only problems and more stresses brought on by the constant demans of feeding an insatiable need for more nicotine.
At some point we all have to decide - what do we want for our future?
I'm here to tell you as will everyone else here who is past the first month Green Marker - life is better, simpler, richer, more tasty, more clean, more relaxing, more calm with no longer needing or wanting to inhale sickening smoke from a burning toxic dump between our lips.
Quit quitting and start living Bob. The future ahead is bright, clean and sweet smelling. The past is shrouded in clouds of smoke and lies.
Need a boost? Reach for your dreams!
