imageHey Meg, hopefully things are looking a little better this morning. I too had a pretty bad patch in my recovery, but by not picking up a nicotine, things got better. I found for me, that when I was smoking, I was also stuffing down feelings that got supressed for years. Now, I am facing some of those feelings because I am able to do it without nicotine. Just remember to keep things in perspective...that mean NTAP if just for a moments, an hour or a day. It will not help. I'll look for the link, but try replacing the word cigarette with nicotine...it sure gives a whole new perspective on smoking. Just use the word nicotine when you think of cigarette.

Hang in there Meg, two months and your ARE doing it, one day at a time.
