Blimey, here's a long and depressing story:
In England I started off smoking Benson & Hedges, but switched to JPS Superkings after a while because they were longer and cheaper. After a bit I switched back to the regular John Player Specials. Then I moved to the US and smoked Dunhill Internationals because they were the only available british cigarettes here. $6.50 a packet! I must have been out of my mind.
On a side note, why are we all so keen to document our past brands? Maybe I STILL feel I identify with whatever blurb the marketers pumped out about these brands, even 'though I very definitely don't want to smoke again. I guess the sales/branding job these companies do is incredibly powerful, almost as powerful as the stuff they pack in the death sticks...
