Hi Joel, when I think of all the brands I smoked it makes me tired.image LOL Between each failed attempt to quit I changed from menthol to regular and each time a different brand. My first brand was Marlboro regulars - all the kids in school smoked that brand. I felt so grown up and "cool". Then through the years I desired to be more lady like and smoked the thin narrow cigarettes with pretty flowers on the filter.image (Ugh) As I got older I wanted more cigarette for my money so I smoked the "one hundreds" the longer and fatter cigarettes also contained more of my drug. The last brand I smoked - Durell Menthol One Hundreds - because some of my best friends smoked them, in case I ran out, someone would always have one handy. The flavor never made much difference because I couldn't smoke without chewing gum, I never liked the taste of any cigarette. Amazing, eh? The only cigarette I could smoke without chewing gum was my first morning smoke because I had my coffee to cover up the taste. When I think of this it makes me sad. Did I mention the horrible headaches and dizzy spells I had from smoking? I am talking, daily! My morning cigarettes prevented me from moving fast because it was hard to keep my balance. You would think after twenty-two years of smoking I would have outgrown the symptoms, instead I lived as a true drug addict, in denial and never feeling well.image
More information than you asked for but it all proves how addicted I was. image Now I feel so wonderful, no more headaches or dizzy spells. The benefits go on and on. I thank my lucky stars to have found my way.image
Happy to be free!
