What a great thread this is!Well how would i describe comfort..... Comfort does not just happen all of a sudden it is progressive to the point that you may not notice it , it happens in stages.... you only relize this when the usual things that made you feel uncomfortable are gone... and that uncomfortable feeling or thought does not come back again .... for instance if something bad happend to me one day when i was once a smoker, you would want a cig to make every thing better right?,well now think about not having any thought for a cigarette at all not one tiny little bit that's just a small part of comfort ! Comfort is not having a thought or want for a cigarette at any time of today, tonight, tommorow, in the morning , next week, next month , on holiday, visiting friends, having dinner, on the phone in the car , at work , on lunch break, after a long plane flight etc, the list can go on and on that's what i call true comfort just going about my day as if i had never ever smoked before .Sounds good doesn't it ...well the good news is that comfort comes to everyone who decides to...
