What I mean is it's one year today of being smoke free for me. Last November 16 I stubbed out my last cigarette, coughing my brains out and having my
chest hurt, and said " I can't be doing this anymore". I've had my ups and downs but I always kept away from that "First Puff".
So here I am a year later, retired, officiating scholastic baseball and soccer and loving it. Not going to kid anybody because I still think of those days
of smoking, but I know if I was smoking for the past year instead of being smoke free I would never had accomplished what I have this past year. Yeah me!!!
To everyone out there keep the faith and keep the quit.
