Well.. 3 weeks ago I decided to quit smoking and 3 weeks and a day later I have maintained my stance and choice. I have, just in the last day and evening, been
through the most stressful time in my marriage of 17 years (wife and I faced some hurdles we needed to address, to at least make it worthwhile for it to
continue for both of us together and to be truly honest with each other) AND i didn't take a cigarette.
Did the thought cross my mind, good gracious yes, though not for long, I just told my self "WHAT DIFFERENCE WILL A CIGARETTE MAKE" to this situation, will it make it better, will it benefit me, will it benefit my 2 kids, will it benefit my wife? The only answer to those questions is NO. And if the answer to the question is NO then there really is no choice. What is the NET BENEFIT? There is NO NET BENEFIT at all.
