I can't believe it, today is Day 1000 smoke free. I also can't believe that for decades I couldn't even go one day smoke free. Now, I have gone
1 day, 10 days, 100 days, and now all the way to 1000 days!
I have bad news and good news. The bad news, I had an unexpected craving a few weeks ago. I quickly analyzed it, and realized it was more a stress reaction
of trying to pack too many things into one day (that old junkie thinking, feeling like I needed to smoke, which takes up even more time when you are very
busy!) I told the craving to flee, get out of my mind, and it was gone.
The good news is I can't even remember when my last such craving was - maybe sometime last year? Over a year ago? Don't remember. Hang in there
newbies, in time, you also will go a year - or more - and not even have a craving! That's what Freedom here is all about!
AnitaMCK - Free and Healing for Two Years, Eight Months, Twenty Six Days, 9 Hours and 48 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 52 Days and 1 Hour, by
avoiding the use of 14991 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me $3,124.81.
DAYS! 1000 DAYS!
