Hi All!! Wanted to stop in to say hi to all old and new friends. It's been 4 years gold for me and my anniversary came and went and I didnt think of
it for a few days, got busy, then remembered it again, then got busy again and forgot ... and here it is almost a month into my 4 year quit anniversary and
I'm here to say it's great, its wonderful and never ever take your quit for granted. Life does go on after quitting, only better; and there
actually does comes a day when you dont think about smoking at all.....THANK GOODNESS!!! A new and better, healthier and happier life forms and it is
great! ! I sometimes feel guilty for not posting like I use to, but Freedom is never forgotten and all the wonderfully supportive kind people here. I hope
all my old quit mates from years ago are still out there and doing well; and I hope all the newbies get from this site what I got; and that is support,
kindness and most of all education. NEVER TAKE ANOTHER PUFF may sound simple, may even sound repetative, but they are the four MOST crucial words because
without that simple statement and knowledge of its meaning we often have failure. Remember to always love and treasure your quit, you've worked hard for
it and it is a gift you give to yourself that is worth life itself for preserving. All my best to you all.
