I'm a musician, and I've got a gig tonight... a huge part of my show routine was always smoking.
It's my first gig since I quit, and I don't know how I'll do with not smoking.
I'm just terrified that there are gonna be so many triggers for me that I'll end up wasting the progress I've made in the past month and a half.
Any help, anything I could maybe print out and carry with me to remind me why I don't smoke would be appreciated...
