I`m happy to say I`ve reached green status (woo-hoo!) which is a great milestone and the first of more to come I`m sure...
But (I hate buts!) for the last week or so I have had constant anxiety, which is also at night so my sleep is being affected. Which I think makes it all a
horrible cycle that doesn`t seem to be improving...it`s not really something I`ve had before, and although I did have it with smoking it was a different
feeling (also I knew why it was happening then - nicotine withdrawal).
Anyone else had the same troubles? I felt a bit `funny` during the second week but not as bad as this - I thought things got better!!??
I`m not wanting to put any of that horrible nicotine into my body at all, but I really would like this to stop as it`s affecting me in all aspects of my
life...
Any advise etc would be a help...
