Hey everyone! I Just turned silver today (wow!). All of you longer quiters must know how phenomenal it feels to actually have navigated through HALF A YEAR of not smoking. Half a year. Wow. I wasn't sure if I had it in me or not. But I would have never found out if I didn't give myself the chance. I'm proud of my success and look forward to improved health, bigger breaths, and a calmer mind.
Thanks freedom family for all the education, support, and for sharing your own personal struggles & successes. I honestly hope to do some more
encouraging newbies around here, but I'm still learning how to be the new, improved me... and don't want to do more harm than good. (i tend to get
gloopy over nothing and everything)
I still love reading about all of your experiences. It challenges me to think "what if I was in that circumstance" etc. so thanks everyone!!
Now come join my Silver'ing and bring some cake
!! (so i don't get gloopy
)
Nicotine-free for 6 Months 51 Minutes 42 Seconds. .
