Sorry, I can't find my first post to continue from that, so I had to start this new one. Anyway, I have been reading and reading to try to find the
answer to this question, but I haven't stumbled upon it. Maybe someone else has some advice or can direct me to an approriate post. One of the things
that I relied upon smoking for was to help me keep my day moving. I am self employed, so I am accountable only to myself for what I accomplish throughout
the day. In the past, I would finish one thing smoke, then move on to the next. It was sort of a reward or celebration for something finished, I guess.
Now, I feel like I'm just moving about in a fog with no real direction. I am not sad I quit. I am ecstatic about it. But, in many ways, I feel like
I'm trying to find a new way of life. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Kristie
