The first 3 days were for nicotine detox, only after that initial period my body was nicotine free.
It's been hard as expected but what I would like to write about are the physiological changes and the consequences in terms of exercise.
- Gained 6 pounds of water;
- Heart rate went down by 8 bpm in similar situations;
However, start to think if, maybe, I'm overreacting to the quit with exercise. 13 hour's of exercise this week (usually it's 5hour) and 8.000 calories, maybe it's too much since I'm 43. One thing I'm sure during the exercise (usually is mtb) I don't think about any nicotine.
Let's see how it goes the second week, trying to slowing down and see what happens.
