I'm celebrating my 6-month quitaversary with gratitude, in good health, having lost the chocolate weight I gained during the first couple of months. I'm paying close attention to nutrition and manage stress by taking long predawn walks (only reasonable time for hiking in the sweltering summer). Thanks to all who are here for me; I'm here for you. Anyone who's just beginning this journey, know it's one of the most worthwhile anyone can make. And it does get easier day by day.
