Hello, this is my first post
I have been nicotine free for 3 days 20 hours +, the first 2 days were easier than i thought it was going to be but the 3rd day was much harder, the cravings seemed to come out of nowhere, jumping on me
lasting only a few seconds each, but it was constant no respite it went on like that most of the day until about 11pm, today has been easier, still a few moments of endless craving for a few hours, but I know it will pass. My favourite way of going through these cravings is breathing deeply , I love breathing deeply as before stopping smoking it felt quite difficult if not impossible to do.
So, that 's me, enjoying being nicotine free, having reclaimed my morning wake up, my breakfast, my walk to the bus, walking the dogs etc and many more to come
