Hello! I come every year on my anniversary to re-commit my vow. Without WhyQuit I would not have made that vow to never taken another puff. So here I am 8 years later and still going strong. I celebrate every day of that freedom. I remember back to the early days of my quit, dreaming of the day when I would no longer be an addict and when I would stop thinking about cigarettes every second of the day. I was so scared to quit but so scared not to! All of that is just a memory now and I treasure it because it shows me how I nailed it! So if you are new to your quit, trust me, you will feel the same very soon as long as you make the same pledge to yourself and this forum to never take another puff. It's the best thing I have ever done in my life.
