Hang in there kitten!
Perhaps it's time for a treat? Maybe some flowers for your table, a scented candle or a new favorite perfume.
I just picked up a few scented candles as a self reward and the smells are soothing and a great reminder of my accomplishment.

I thought it was time I posted something positive since I've been kind of whining for the past week or so. Last night, I put on a sweatshirt that
I often throw on before bed. Then I smelled something funky. I realized it was the sweatshirt and that what I was smelling was stale smoke. YUK! I
smiled to myself, though, because I was truly thankful that I don't smell like that anymore. My hair and nails are cleaner, and I'm already
breathing much better than before. I can even sing more loudly in my car -- now I'm a true rock star :) I'm very grateful today to be
