I must say I LOVE this place!
I have been quit for 16 days now I have to say it was much easier the first week than it is now.
I need some help here...During the day...I am for the most part ok...I get craves & i know they will go away ...(I just have to be patient for 2 or 3 minutes)
At night though...I feel like they will never end...so I wind up EATING everything that is not nailed down. This is a HUGE problem for me..I have gained 8 lbs since I quit...It is making me very depressed.
Is it normal for it to be this bad 16 days into the quit?? I feel like I can't do anything I used to do for fear it will make the urge worse.
Any advise on this would be greatly appreciated.
I am holding on...as best as I can but the weight thing has got me all messed up.
