I have not smoked for over 2 months. Things have been going ok, but I am finding that I am eatting more. I have observed my eatting habits, and I realize that I just don't know when to stop. A cigarette always capped off my meals. Now that I am not smoking, I am really having a hard time getting myself to stop. Even when I am full, it is such a struggle to just stop and move on to something else. When I first started out my quit, I really didn't think I would have a problem with gaining weight. I was wrong.
