Good Day All
Here I am at 24 days nicotine free. Because I am in recovery from other substances I have used the one day at a time and the Serenity Prayer to get me though the thoughts/mental cravings for nicotine.
I have however been "grazing" on food and although I try to eat
healthily I think I am eating too much.
Then today I realized why not do the same process with food, one day at a time and the Serenity Prayer when I think I have to eat something between meals.
So .........I am going to give it a try!!
