This isn't specifically a weight control question, although its kinda related.
I've been quit for almost 20 days, and since I stopped I've felt very bloated and my waist has increased by 2 inchs+ in this short time. Its not exactly weight gain, I'm a smallish guy, 70kgs/31" waist, and I doesn't look like I've put on fat so to speak and I haven't replaced smoking with nibblies or anything its just like my gut has expanded!!
Anyways, I wasn't too worried during the first week, but since this feeling has stuck around whilst most of the other symptoms of withdrawl have gone, and it just doens't seem to want to get better, I'm getting a little worried. Have others experienced this?, and any reconmendations on minimizing this?
It's been 2 Weeks 5 Days 12 Hours 8 Minutes 21 Seconds since I last had a ciggie, and I've saved $144.58 and not smoked 331 fags.
