Now that it is a new year & I have been nicotine free for 4 months & 11 days, I now have another goal along with my quit, to lose the weight I gained since quitting.
I was always slender when I smoked but when I quit I gained 1 and a half stone in 4 months. I did read the postings about how to minimise the weight gain but I still gained the weight.
I was just wondering how many of you had gained weight & if you were taking the new year as an opportunity to improve your health by losing weight/excercising & what you were doing.
I must admit I need the motivation at the moment though my quit is so amazing I cant beleive I have gone 1/3 of a year without one cigarette!!
