When i was smoking my resting puls was 70bpm now my restingpuls is down at 48bpm.

48x60x24 = 69120bpm
100800 - 69120 = 31680bpm
Yes i have to tell you when i stoped smoking i allso began to run and go to the gym which also has a big influence on the resting puls the better shape you got the lower is your resting puls mind that women naturally got a restingpuls that is 10bpm faster than men.
Next week im tending an officially 10km race :-) cant wait.
Well my quiting more than 8 month ago has changed a lot as you can tell my body is relly good condition and over all im just happy to be a healthyer person who can enjoy life with having to look trouhg the deady smoke from cigarets.
So to all of you newbies i wish you all the luck you need and i garentie you its worth it it really is.
Yes be proud of your self and take one day at the time.
If you think aobut starting to run / jog plaese find some beginner programs
and get your feet tested in a sports shop they will test your feet to see if they have some pronation which is important to know.
